The Golden Party Badge
(Goldenes Parteizbzeichen)

An order dated October 13, 1933 stated that all persons who had uninterrupted service service in the NSDAP (Nazi Party) since February 27, 1925, and who held NSDAP membership numbers 1 through 100,000 would be awarded this badge on November 9, 1933. 

The badge measured 30.5 mm.  Regulations prescribed that the award be worn next to or above the Iron Cross 1st Class, or, when worn on the tie, must be in line with the buttons of the two breast pockets.
